Bisphenol-A epoxy resin reinforced and toughened by hyperbranched epoxy resin

摘要: The study on toughening and reinforcing of bisphenol-A epoxy resin is one of important developmental direction in the field. This paper reports a one-pot synthesis of aromatic polyester hyperbranched epoxy resin HTDE-2, an effect of HTDE-2 content on the mechanical and thermal performance of the bisphenol-A (E51)/HTDE-2 hybrid resin in detail. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calo ri metry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA) and molecular simula tion technology are used to study the structure of HTDE-2, performance and toughening and reinforcing mechanism of the HTDE-2/E51 hybrid resin. It has been shown that the content of HTDE-2 has an important effect on the performance of the hybrid resin, and the performance of the HTDE-2/E51 blends has maximum with the increase in HTDE-2 content. The impact strength and fracture toughness of the hybrid resin with 9 wt-% HTDE-2 are almost 3.088 and 1.749 times of E51 performance respectively, furthermore, the tensile and flexural strength can also be enhanced about 20.7% and 14.2%, respectively. The glass transition temperature and thermal degradation temperature, however, are found to decrease to some extent.

Current techniques for assessing developmental neurotoxicity of pesticides

摘要: Organophosphates (OPs) and Pyrethroids (PRY) have been widely used in agriculture and in the home as broad spectrum insecticides, but may produce considerable risk to human health, especially to children. Children are more susceptible to environmental exposure, and concern about the neurotoxic effects of pesticide exposure on children is increasing. There is a need for better understanding of the potential developmental neurotoxicity of pesticides. Techniques for assessing developmental neurotoxicity of pesticides will continue to be developed, rendering a need for flexibility of testing paradigms. Current techniques used in evaluating the developmental neurotoxicity of OPs and PRY are presented in this review. These include: (1) techniques (PC12 cells, C6 cells and other cell models); (2) Non-mammalian models (sea urchins, zebrafish and other non-mammalian models); and (3) mammalian models (morphological techniques, neurobehavioral assessments and biomarkers).

HIGH QUALITY DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH FOR SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION AND ECOLOGICAL PROTECTION ON THE

摘要:

The Loess Plateau is the core area in the Yellow River basin for implementing environmental protection and high-quality development strategies. A series of ecological projects has implemented aimed at soil and water conservation and ecological management on the Loess Plateau over the past 70 years. The effects of the ecological projects are apparent mainly through a marked increase in vegetation cover, controlled soil erosion and reduced flow of sediment into the Yellow River, continual optimization of the industrial structure and increased production from arable land, poverty alleviation and greater prosperity, and optimal allocation of space for biological organisms. Major problems have also been analyzed in ecological management including the fragile ecosystem of the region, maintaining the stability of vegetation, lower agricultural productivity and continued risk from natural disasters. Some suitable schemes and models have been developed for the coordinated development of the region through research and demonstration, striking the optimum balance between rural industry and ecology, and increased regional capacity to supply high-quality ecological products. Countermeasures to address the problems are suggested to guide ecological management and high-quality development in the future.

水产养殖动物营养与饲料工程发展战略研究

摘要:

本文综述了我国水产养殖动物营养学研究和饲料工程方面近期的研究,分析了产业发展的问题,探讨了下一步的政策措施。可以发现,过去10多年里,水产动物营养与饲料的发展在营养素需求、动物的摄食与投喂、仔稚鱼饲料、亲本营养、添加剂等方面取得了重要的进展,但仍然存在饵料系数高、环境排放大、饲料成本高、效益不稳定等问题。下一步的研究应该以“安全高效,节约环保”为目标,引入生态学和现代组学理念,开展水产动物营养代谢的分子机理、动物的营养需要与精准饲料配方技术、饲料质量控制与加工工艺、精准投喂技术、品质调控技术等方面的研究,同时在政策上应该扩大学科交流、实行长期稳定支持等。

Qualitative analysis of direction of public hospital reforms in China

摘要:

Reforms in public hospitals are among the most important improvements in China’s health care system over the last two decades. However, the reforms that should be implemented in public hospitals are unclear. Thus, a feasible direction of reforms in Chinese public hospitals is suggested and reliable policy suggestions are provided for the government to reform public hospitals. The data used in this study were mainly derived from a qualitative study. Focus group discussions and in-depth interviews were conducted in Shanghai, Guangdong, and Gansu between May and December 2014. Government funding accounted for approximately eight percent of the total annual revenue of public hospitals in China, and the insufficient government subsidy considerably affects the operation mechanism of public hospitals. However, solely increasing this subsidy cannot address the inappropriate incentives of public hospitals in China. The most crucial step in setting the direction of reforms in public hospitals in China is transforming inappropriate incentives by implementing a new evaluation index system for directors and physicians in public hospitals.

Biologically inspired model of path integration based on head direction cells and grid cells

摘要: Some neurons in the brain of freely moving rodents show special firing pattern. The firing of head direction cells (HDCs) and grid cells (GCs) is related to the moving direction and distance, respectively. Thus, it is considered that these cells play an important role in the rodents’ path integration. To provide a bionic approach for the vehicle to achieve path integration, we present a biologically inspired model of path integration based on the firing characteristics of HDCs and GCs. The detailed implementation process of this model is discussed. Besides, the proposed model is realized by simulation, and the path integration performance is analyzed under different conditions. Simulations validate that the proposed model is effective and stable.

Digital manufacturing—the development direction of the manufacturing technology in the 21st century

摘要: After introducing the concepts of digital manufacturing technology, the discipline framework of digital manufacturing is presented in the paper by discussing its basic concept, theory foundation, key technology and scientific problems in detail. As the core of the advanced manufacturing technology, digital manufacturing is gradually becoming the main manufacturing technology of the twenty-first century. Firstly, the main features of digital manufacturing are indicated and its key supporting technologies are investigated by grouping them into four levels related to product development, numerical control, production management, and enterprise collaboration, respectively. Moreover, the existing problems in the research on the multi-discipline theory foundation of digital manufacturing such as manufacturing informatics, computational manufacturing, and manufacturing intelligence, are also indicated. Then, the core scientific problems of digital manufacturing are discussed in depth, which focuses on digitization of manufacturing information, modeling of manufacturing constraints, high-speed and high-precision numerical control theory, and Internet-based collaboration and integration. Lastly, the development trends and application perspectives of digital manufacturing are concluded.

Effect of repeated gonadotropin stimulation on ovarian reserves and proliferation of ovarian surface epithelium in mice

摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of repeated ovarian stimulation (OS) on the ovarian follicular population and morphology in female mice and its influence on the embryo’s developmental ability, and the profile of the ovarian surface epithelium (OSE). A total of 75 mice were enrolled in this experiment and randomly assigned into three groups: repeated ovarian stimulated group [ =25; receiving 5 IU pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) at 6 day intervals for 5 cycles]; single ovarian stimulated group ( =25; receiving 5 IU PMSG and hCG for 1 cycle), and control group ( =25; without additional treatment). The follicle number at various stages and the morphologies were recorded respectively in the three groups. The harvested oocytes or embryos, cleavage rate, good quality embryo rate, and blastocyst production rate were counted and calculated, and the proliferations of ovarian surface epithelium were evaluated respectively. In the three groups, the single ovarian stimulation treatment significantly increased the mean number of ovarian oocytes or embryos (39.25±10.77 one-cell embryos/female); on the other hand, repeated gonadotropin stimulation obtained the lowest mean number (5.15± 2.81 eggs/female, <0.01). Repeated ovarian stimulation also tended to decrease normal follicles of primary follicles (66.67%) and secondary follicles (72.86%), and got the lowest cleavage rate (67.47%), lowest good quality embryo rate (2.41%), and lowest blastocyst production rate (0). The OSE cells adjacent to the antral follicles and corpus luteum (CL) in the repeated ovarian stimulated group (81.8%) had a significantly higher proliferation rate than the other groups. The proliferation rate of the OSE in the single ovarian stimulated group (56.4%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (37.5%) ( <0.01). In conclusion, single ovarian stimulation may produce more oocytes/embryos. However, repeated gonadotropin stimulation may have a negative effect on the ovarian follicular quality, the number of mature retrieved oocytes, and the embryo quality, even increasing the chance of ovarian cancer.

人工裂缝方向及其影响因素

区域应力场的应力方向是人工裂缝方向的普遍控制因素,多数人工裂缝方向沿区域最大水平主应力方向。但构造、原生裂缝、介质间断面也会影响人工裂缝方向。在蒙古国塔木查格盆地及中国黑龙江省海拉尔盆地进行了大量的压裂裂缝监测,监测结果为油田布井提供了依据。监测发现,多数人工裂缝方向沿区域最大水平主应力方向,但也出现一些异常方向的人工裂缝,异常方向人工裂缝的井通常高产。了解异常人工裂缝的形成原因,对提高压裂施工水平,应用压裂裂缝方向布井有重要意义。结合监测结果,探讨了监测区异常方向人工裂缝的形成机制,及有些人工裂缝方向异

Instrumented toys for assessing spatial cognition in infants

This paper describes an interdisciplinary approach to the assessment on infants’ behavior, with a focus on the technology. The goal is an objective, quantitative analysis of concurrent maturation of sensory, motor and cognitive abilities in young children, in relation to the achievement of developmental milestones. An instrumented block-box toy specifically developed to assess the ability to insert objects into holes is presented. The functional specifications are derived from experimental protocols devised by neuroscientists to assess spatial cognition skills. Technological choices are emphasized with respect to ecological requirements. An ad hoc calibration procedure is also presented which is suitable to unstructured environments. Finally, preliminary tests carried out at a local day-care with 12–24 months old infants are presented which prove the in-field usability of the proposed technology.

Developmental expression of CAPON and Dexras1 in spinal cord of rats

摘要: To study the expression of the carboxy-terminal PSD-95/DLG/ZO-1 ligand of nNOS (CAPON) and Dexras1 mRNA during development in the spinal cord of rats, real-time polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR), as a quantitative method, was used to study the developmental expression of CAPON and Dexras1 mRNA level in the spinal cord. The spatial expression of CAPON and Dexras1 mRNA was examined by a combination of hybridization (ISH) and immunofluorescence. During the development of the spinal cord, CAPON mRNA was expressed in low levels from embryo day 14 to day 18. At postnatal day 1, it reached the peak and was expressed in the part which will become the dorsal horn when mature. It then decreased gradually until postnatal week 12, when it presented in the ventral horn. At embryo day 14, Dexras1 mRNA was expressed at low levels, increased during embryo day 16 to day 18 and peaked at postnatal day 1. Spatiotemporal expression of Dexras1 mRNA was similar to CAPON as confirmed by correlation analysis and colocalization. CAPON and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) was expressed within the same cells of the dorsal horn at postnatal day 1 but had different subcellular localizations. Co-expression of CAPON and Dexras1 mRNA in myeloid tissue during development process of rat indicates that the adaptor protein, CAPON may play a probable role in differentiation of neurons, synaptic plasticity and synaptogenesis by regulating nNOS to activate Dexras1.

Analysis on shear capacity of prestressed concrete spatial connections

摘要: Based on experimental results of prestressed concrete spatial connections, nonlinear finite element models were established to analyze the shear capacity of spatial connections and parametric studies were performed using ANSYS. It is found that the shear capacity of spatial connection is influenced by joint hoop, beam prestress, column compressive load, and direction of resultant shear force. The parametric studies also indicate that the shear capacity of spatial connection under biaxial cyclic loading is lower than that of corresponding connections under plane loading. A design formula for calculating the shear capacity of spatial connections is proposed based on the parametric studies and verified by the available test results.

盾构进出洞全方位风险控制冻结加固技术

摘要:

在含水复杂的地质条件下采用水平冻结法进行盾构进出洞施工,可以通过延长(加深)水平冻结外圈冻结深度,使冻结加固体全方位包裹并超过盾构机本体,利用外圈冻结孔的维护冻结,将盾构推进过程中形成的微小流水通道中的泥土冻结成为冻土,封闭流水通道,较为有效地防止了流水、涌砂现象的发生。利用长距离水平钻孔防喷接驳器,简单方便地解决了在已施工完毕的端头井内长距离钻孔的难题。工程实践证明,全方位风险控制冻结加固技术在复杂地质条件下盾构进出洞施工中,简单易行,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

甘肃金川铜镍(铂)硫化物矿床岩浆通道前进方向探讨

综合运用地球化学手段,研究了金川铜镍(铂)硫化物矿床铂族元素的空间分布特征,并结合定量化结构分析,探讨了岩浆演化过程中的动力学作用过程,讨论了金川镁铁-超镁铁质岩浆的演化历程。研究发现,铂族元素在矿体中的空间分布呈一定规律变化。整体说来,自西向东,Pd/Ir-Ni/Cu在各矿体间呈递减趋势,分析认为造成这种规律的原因是矿石的形成经历了单硫化物固溶体(MSS)的分离结晶作用。通过岩石定量化结构分析发现,1号矿体较24号矿体岩石结构成熟度更高,分析认为1号矿体侵位时间早,后期结构调整更为充分。综合地球化学和岩浆动力学方面的信息,最终得出了金川岩浆通道系统在空间上表现为沿矿体走向自北西向南东前进的结论。
